In this issue, the Scarlet Speedster, the Flash, has been merged with the Spirit of Vengeance, Ghost Rider, and Etrigan the Demon to create the Speed Demon. Can even the Speed Demon stand alone against the Night Spectre (Spectre/Nightmare) And the Green Goblin (Green Goblin/Two Face) Maybe with the help of another Speed Demon, his nephew Wally Blaze.
